一、脱胶


 

(1):硅胶有非常好的耐候性,耐化学性能也是压敏胶里最好的。在强酸强碱的环境(包括水溶液、高浓度蒸汽环境)会造成严重变形。


(2):硅胶长期在强紫外线照射的情况下(紫外线灯、阳光照射)会加速老化,1-3个月为就会出现脱胶现象。


(3):长期的高温高湿(比如说双85的模拟环境)不宜超过72小时。




二、残胶

 


(1):被贴玻璃经过机械磨砂处理,更容易出现残胶现象。


(2):物料长期储存在高温暴晒的环境下。


(3):聚酯薄膜耐温性达不到生产要求出现严重的拉伸或者收缩变形


(4):玻璃上丝印的油墨干燥不良也会造成材料相溶


(5):油墨干燥温度不宜超过聚酯薄膜的极限温度


(6):保护膜剥离力超过100g以上的粘性建议使用底涂,可以有效避免脱胶残胶现象。




三、硅转移

 

 

所有的硅胶保护膜都会或多或少出现硅转移现象,只能尽量减小,无法完全消除。

 

减少硅转移的方法主要有:
