PSA | 13 common faults and solutions during coating and lamination

    涂布复合过程中会有很多的故障,当中有多种原因引起故障,本文通过举例13种常见故障,介绍故障的原因和解决办法。


剥离强度差故障原因:  




1、基材表面张力低,表面处理效果差,表面张力不均匀,影响熔融挤出树脂在表面的黏结性,造成剥离强度低,剥离强度不均匀。 


  


2、基材表面不清洁,黏附了灰尘、油脂等污物,造成熔融树脂与薄膜表面之间黏结强度下降。 


  


3、树脂熔融指数(MI)偏低。一般树脂的熔融指数越高,其流动性越好,黏合力也越大。因此,在挤出复合工艺中,如果选用树脂的熔融指数偏低,融合性较差,就不能与被涂布基材很好黏合,使剥离强度下降。    




4、树脂中的助剂(特别是爽滑剂)会对挤出复合膜的剥离强度产生不利影响。  




5、挤出机的机筒温度和模头温度太低,树脂塑化不良,从模口流延下来的熔融树脂不能很好与被涂布基材复合,使剥离强度下降。




6、树脂温度低,树脂表面氧化不充分,不利于熔融树脂在被涂布基材上的润湿和渗透,从而影响挤出复合膜的剥离强度。  




7、在挤出复合过程中,气隙的大小对挤出复合薄膜的剥离强度也有很大影响。气隙太小,树脂表面氧化不充分,使复合强度变差;气隙太大,熔融树脂热损失较大,复合时温度过低,也会引起剥离强度下降。
