Electronic packaging adhesive MR 3800A/B

This product is a thermal conductivity greater than 1.3w/(m · k), which can be solidified at room temperature, and can be used for potting of high-power power supply. It is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber that is catalyzed and solidified by platinum complex. It is composed of basic compounds, cross-linking agents, catalysts, fillers and additives. These materials do not contain heavy metals and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, and have no toxic effect on human body.
